We listen to voices of the teller and the told, and look into their surroundings. Thorough research and analysis equips us with a cohesive blueprint for storytelling.
Story-making proceeds in collaborative interactions. No skillful writer can generate more powerful words than honest cry from the heart of the teller. We take the utmost importance in synching with passion of the teller and desires of the told through creative iterations. Only then, spirit of words dwells in our story.
The role of storytelling is to build a bridge so people can understand each other and cross over their differences. It is not to produce impressive copyworks, or receive attention by dramatic stories. We strive to craft words that are truthful, weave stories that bring the best in people, and to help build beautiful relationships.

Office HHighbridge, founded in November 2008 in Yokohama, Japan.
Offered consulting services on business strategy, brand strategy, new business development, organizational transformation, and more. Served a diverse set of clients both in Japan and overseas, in public and private sectors, in all sizes, including global corporations, government institutions, entrepreneurs, artists, and social activists. Our support extended throughout implementation phase including creative directions, product development, operational tools development, employee training, and event planning and execution. Also allocated our time to social responsibility activities, serving various not-for-profit organizations and social enterprises.
Throughout the years, our purpose remained in tact to help valuable human activities not yet known to the world with delivering their values in a meaningful way. We continued catering to requests falling into our inbox as much as our small capacity allowed, as long as we could contribute to the human society to expand diversity and flourish for the future, regardless of budget or size of the project. Collaborated with people in diverse backgrounds across the globe, in the world’s major cities and in rural villages, from seniors in their 80’s to teenagers.
With countless inspirational stories we have encountered through our projects, Office HHighbridge is relaunched as a writing agency in October 2021.

A bilingual writer with passion for harnessing the power of words to bring valuable things to the human society. Previously a globetrotting business consultant, I acquired strategic writing techniques and sensitivity for global communications.
Growing up a bookworm with my head filled with imagination and romanticism, majoring in English literature was a natural choice. Until the real world caught up and drove my juvenile idealism towards social justice. After receiving MA in public administration, I spent a decade some years soaked in data analysis, to the point where I was able to read vivid stories in tables and charts. Eventually, guided by the power of words in my reports and presentations, my path took a series of unexpected twists and turns to made me what I am today.
Today, fully immersed in my element, I delve into the enchanting woods of words day in and day out. Except for times when I visit the equally enchanting palace of fine arts to read wordless stories in paintings, or when I get lost in the blissful moment no words can describe during sunset walks with my dog Liz.
